Job Description
Welding and Fabrication for Aluminum boats and other aluminum products
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Must be able to MIG weld aluminum
- Must be able to read sketches, blue prints, and other forms of construction drawings to achieve the desired results
- Must know how and when to properly use common power tools such as drills, impact drivers, and grinders
- Must know how and when to properly use common hand tools such as tape measure, levels, hammers, etc.
- Must have math skills
- Maintain Factory Equipment and Tools
- Must have experience working with sheet metal
- Must be proficient with Plasma Tables, Industrial Band Saws, Hydraulic Shears and Brakes, typical metal working hand tools and their safe use and maintenance
- Interface with production manager daily for assignment of tasks and goals
- Must have an eye for proper fit and finish
- Must be able to work on your feet and lift 30 pounds
- Maintain Clean and Safe Work Environment at the factory
Experience
- Welding: 3 years (Preferred)
